MY have TIMES changed....

Within the past 100 years, 

women's swimsuits have transitioned from full coverage GOWNS,

 to barely there string bikinis. 

{I wish we could go back to the GOWNS}

Hollywood has had a big influence on THIS transition as the bombshells seem to lead the trends.

I will be the first to admit, 

my self esteem takes a SERIOUS hit when I put on a bathing suit.

EVERY flaw is magnified.  

It's a reality check that I've eaten WAY to many sweets during the holidays,

{I don't think the florescent lit dressing rooms help much either}
