So much for iced coffee's and flip flops. It is rainy and cold now in Southern California. We spent the weekend indoors with Christmas movies and lots of cooking. The perfect way to celebrate the upcoming arrival of Christmas.

Every Christmas morning my mom makes this breakfast casserole. It simply wouldn't feel like Christmas without it. Do you have any traditional recipes that bring you back to your childhood?
