Day 2: gift ideas {KIDS}

Day 2
Holiday Gift ideas: Kids
This Christmas is a special one for my family because Landyn is old enough to understand the concept (somewhat at least). Chris and I have decided to go along with OUR childhood traditions and get Landyn presents from "Us" as well as "Santa". I thought I'd share with you some of MY gift ideas (I promise to be unbiased and include boy stuff too).

1. I am loving kids backpacks such as the ones CSN offers. My little Landyn is IN LOVE with stuffed animals right now, and I love that it doubles as luggage as well. Perfect for over night trips to Grammys.

2. Restoration Hardware's Vintage Petal Plane

3. Anywhere chairs from Pottery Barn. You can personalize your littlest ones name one them too. This is on Landyn's Christmas list this year.

4. Fisher Price Nativity Set. What a great way to teach our little tykes the true meaning of Christmas

5. Lunch Pails from Buschel & Peck. Perfect for toddlers and school aged kids.

6. Bibs from Lilly Belle Designs. The perfect stocking stuffer.

7. "Tails" by Matthew Van Fleet. A hit amongst toddlers.

8. Pillow Pets. Every time we pass the kiosk in the mall Landyn screams to stop and check them out.

Come back tomorrow for Day 3: Traditions

  5. Cute stuff!

    I adore the book Tails! In college, I took a class on child play and program development, and our teacher read a new kid book to us every class. That was one of the first ones, and was a favorite of our whole class!

  6. I LOVE all of these! Great Gift Ideas! Nik loves her Pillow Pal, those are so huge right now! I LVOE the back pack stuffed animal, too cute! Nik would love that Tails book, I have seen that before. Nik has the DOG Book that's similar. Nik loves her Nativity Set from Fisher Price as well. Nana got it for her last year, or the year before when I was pregnant. Can't remember.

    Nik LVOES her Pottery Barn chair. I LOVE those antique planes/cars that they sell. I wanted one so bad if we have a boy for pictures, but man, they are pricey! Theya re Fab though!

  8. Great choices! Brooke loves her everywhere chair even though it was so pricey. I wasn't sure if it was going to be a rip-off, but it was totally worth it in the end. And we have those pillow pal things, but she's not too into that...
