We had my family over for dinner last night. I made homemade enchiladas and mango margaritas. Yum! I've posted an enchiladas recipe before here, but wanted to switch it up a bit. My sweet friend Val, suggested the pioneer womans recipe. Lets just say it was a hit. If you want to know THE BEST touch to a mango margarita, try Margaritaville's sweet and salty salt for the brim of your glass. It tastes like candy and is AMAZING! BevMo carries it.

On another note, I received the sweetest most unexpected package Thursday. It threw me for a complete loop and truly touched my heart. A vibrant cupcake apron (I'm wearing above), and cupcake measuring cups, among other things, just because. My friend knows me and my cupcake obsession too well. Thank you Val. It's friends like you that make me smile. I look forward to are blooming friendship. HUGS!
