Last night I made chicken broccoli shells and it turned out delicious! I had to share with you. It definitely isn't in the diet but is the perfect comfort food. Hubs LOVES anything with Alfredo sauce, so it won him over. Oh and it was easy breezy...
Ingredients
21 jumbo shells cooked and drained
2 cups of chicken cooked and diced
2 cups of broccoli cooked
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 c cheddar cheese
1 jar of Alfredo sauce
Mix chicken, broccoli, cheeses, and Alfredo sauce together in a large bowl
Stuff the ingredients into cooked shells
Place the stuffed shells into a 9x9 greased baking dish.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30-35 min's
Serves about 4
ENJOY!
I hope you all have a fun and safe weekend. See you all Monday!
