Want to know the BEST salad recipe in ALL of the lands?
Its perfect for a BBQ or holiday side dish.
In the winter months I substitute strawberries for pears.
Ingredients:
1 bag of Spring Greens
1 bag of candied pecans
10 strawberries cut into 4s
1 cup of blue cheese crumbles
Dressing
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon zest
dash of salt and pepper
Serves 4-6 people

What a pretty salad! With strawberry season in full force here in SC I'm gonna have to give this a try. Wish I liked blue cheese but that is okay ... feta will work great too! Thank you for sharing : )
