Chris and I spent a few hours at St. Patricks cathedral. What an amazing site!
Ground Zero. My hubby, being an engineer in construction management, took it upon himself to talk to a few of the contractors on the site. Apparently all new high rise buildings going up in NYC are steel wrapped. God forbid September 11 ever repeats itself, the effects wouldn't be so catastrophic.

ReplyDeleteI got sooooo behind in the blog world over the holidays, so I had some serious catching up to do when I got here a bit ago. I had no idea you were going to NYC, and seeing all these pictures just warmed my heart. And literally, almost brought tears to my eyes. That is how much I ADORE that city. I am never happier than when I'm in NYC.
