New York City Part I

We arrived in New York Tuesday, one day after the biggest snow storm of the season had hit. A four hour flight delay and many prayers later we made it to NYC!

The snow was unbelievable and put a whole new perspective on my favorite city. Chris and I spent the first day enjoying the gorgeous scenery of Central Park. 





We had lunch at the Boat House in the park. Absolutely breathtaking!

Our view at lunch! During the summer months you can take boat rides on the water. It's obviously frozen over right now. There was a boat with a Christmas tree in the middle of the frozen lake.

It was so great to be in NYC during the Christmas season. Tomorrow I am going to do a post just on the Christmas decorations! They are so neat!

    So jealous!! Ever since I saw home alone 2 I've been saying i WILL go to new york during christmas time..but i also want to go during the spring..i just want to go period! love all the pictures!! how was it to be away from landon for the whole weekend? was this your first weekend away from her?
