The La Jolla model
The Montecito model
There is a community up the freeway from where we live called "Dos Vientos Ranch". It falls within Thousand Oaks city limits, but really it is a town of it's own nestled in between the Santa Monica Mountains. It is your picture perfect utopia. It continues to be developed and there is a new track of homes called the Sedona. My blogger friend Val, and fellow Dos Vientos resident, suggested I go check these new model homes out. Well I followed her lead, and I am smitten. Oh my stars! This may just take priority over my dream house on the beach. I have a love for Spanish architecture and these developers did not miss a thing.
PERFECTION.
Starting at just $1.5 million, a girl can wish right?
I did take pictures of the gorgeous designs and I plan on taking some of their decor leads.
**NOTE, these are ALL blurry I phone pictures. You can go here to get the full experience and take a virtual tour. Be prepared, it just might take your breath away**
